Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h4>\n

  • Develop detailed 3D piping designs and layouts using AutoCAD Plant 3D for projects in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial Facilities.<\/li>\n
  • Create and deliver Piping General Arrangement (GA) drawings, isometric drawings, and spool drawings.<\/li>\n
  • Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Take-Offs (MTO) from 3D models.<\/li>\n
  • Perform piping routing, modeling, and clash detection using AutoCAD Plant 3D.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, and client specifications.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) to ensure seamless integration and coordination of piping systems.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct model reviews with clients and resolve any design-related issues.<\/li>\n
  • Provide ongoing support to the project team during the fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and as-built records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • 3\u20135 years of experience in piping design, with a strong focus on AutoCAD Plant 3D software.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in 3D piping design, isometric drawing generation, and clash detection using AutoCAD Plant 3D.<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of piping components, materials, and relevant standards (ASME, API, ANSI, etc.).<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of P&ID development and interpretation.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with equipment modeling and integrating it into piping systems.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
