Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h4>\n

  • Design and develop mechanical and piping solutions for customer orders throughout the entire order process.<\/li>\n
  • Create 3D models using Autodesk Inventor.<\/li>\n
  • Extract 2D drawings for manufacturing purposes.<\/li>\n
  • Generate piping and fitting lists to be used as a Bill of Materials (BOM) for purchasing and manufacturing.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare Frame and pipe & fittings BOM, and assist with costing, to be submitted during the planning meeting.<\/li>\n
  • Provide support to workshop assemblers by addressing technical questions as needed.
    Quickly estimate layout suggestions to support the sales team.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with component suppliers on development projects.<\/li>\n
  • Independently design local modules (e.g., pasteurizers, TPCIP, sterilizers).<\/li>\n
  • Create 2D detailed drawings for tanks.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with Quality, and Engineering teams as required.<\/li>\n
  • Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and frame analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • 2 to 3 years of experience in process and hygienic piping, specifically within the dairy, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or any relevant piping design software.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of hygienic design, food manufacturing practices, and process piping.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in designing tanks and vessels.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.<\/li>\n
    • Service-minded with a proactive attitude.<\/li>\n
