We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in process and hygienic piping design, specifically in the dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and be responsible for mechanical and piping design across various customer orders.

• Design and develop mechanical and piping solutions for customer orders throughout the entire order process.
• Create 3D models using Autodesk Inventor.
• Extract 2D drawings for manufacturing purposes.
• Generate piping and fitting lists to be used as a Bill of Materials (BOM) for purchasing and manufacturing.
• Prepare Frame and pipe & fittings BOM, and assist with costing, to be submitted during the planning meeting.
• Provide support to workshop assemblers by addressing technical questions as needed.
  Quickly estimate layout suggestions to support the sales team.
• Collaborate with component suppliers on development projects.
• Independently design local modules (e.g., pasteurizers, TPCIP, sterilizers).
• Create 2D detailed drawings for tanks.
• Coordinate with Quality, and Engineering teams as required.
• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and frame analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in process and hygienic piping, specifically within the dairy, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or any relevant piping design software.
• Strong knowledge of hygienic design, food manufacturing practices, and process piping.
• Experience in designing tanks and vessels.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
